I had never felt this sensation of being overwhelmed in the past but twice within the past month. Moment 1: when I realized that I my life wasn’t going to plan, when I realized that life wasn’t about my plan at all. Moment 2: When I look at my bank account as a New York renter and understand how dependent on money I am while claiming independence.
Independence is overrated and I find that I am most overwhelmed because I utterly desire to be dependent.
